Dress is brand new, never worn for an event, tried on dress twice, no alterations have been made. I just changed my mind on the dress last minute, purchased before I finalized on the venue, wedding is still scheduled for 1/19/19. I purchased this dress in June 2018, dress arrived August 2018.
