This wedding dress is the most earthy, bohemian, whimsical dress I have ever seen. I got engaged Christmas of 2016. I had my eye on this dress made by couture designers in Belarus, Europe. They are a married couple who design one of a kind wedding dresses. I saw it online and in videos from Fashion Week, and being in the field of fashion myself, I had butterflies that it had been in Fashion Week and absolutely just had to have it!!
After shopping at all the boutiques in New Orleans, I asked my parents if I could order it right away! I gave the designers my measurements and within the next 4 months, it was on my doorstep. It was more gorgeous than in the photos. All of the hand beading, and the silk tulle, truly made it a one of a kind dress for me... one that I couldn't have ever found in a boutique!
Long story short, I had gone home a few weeks after receiving the dress, and I tried on my mother's dress on a whim for my December of 2017 wedding date. I simply fell in love with it. No girl ever thinks that is going to happen, well my mom had great taste. And now I have this gorgeous, handmade, couture wedding dress sitting in its' garment bag in my closet waiting to find a home. I haven’t altered it whatsoever. In fact, I've only tried it on twice. Once when I first got it and loved it... and then second when I tried it on for my seamstress to talk about what it would cost to change some minor fit issues. She is brand new, and she is gorgeous.
