This is the most magical, ethereal, and gorgeous gown I layed eyes on in my (far and wide) seach-I adored it! So many compliments!!! The little appliqué are tiny azaela flowers, with slight beading throughout. The sheath underneath is a gorgeous and intricate lace, top layer is a very fine mesh. Bit of a train with the lace part, looooooong train with the fine mesh and appliqué. Under both is a liner (which you don't see). You can really see the lace sheath underneath when the sun pokes through the outer layer.

In 4 inch heels the front was about a 1/2 inch from ground (for walking purposes) and gets longer as the train goes back. Hollow to hem was 57 inches with shoes. The bustled look is also absolutley gorgeous (though attaches in about 8 places, so give yourself a good 1/2 hr to bustle on your wedding day!!!)

Worn once-on my wedding day! It's been professionally cleaned by J. Scheer & Co (a thousand dollar preservation and cleaning process which was recommended by Saks where I purchased the dress.) This is what their email back said: "Your gown looks really great. All of the soiling at the neckline, zipper, and underarms were completely removed. The only very, very light shadowing that still remains is at the innermost lining layer at the hem which is not noticeable when worn, and the outermost hem layer, but which is not immediately noticable. We were also able to repair your bustle and some beadwork as well."

I have the original Saks credit card receipt.
